Plans may be redlined or resubmitted. 1. Sheet A1.1 & attachment: Provide dedicated fire aerial truck access to building #7. Attachment is drawn by Ms. Andrea Vaught. Align this with parking requirements. Dedicated access prohibits vehicle parking. Access area shall be marked and/or signed NO PARKING – FIRE ACCESS ONLY or similar approved wording. 2. Sheet A0.0 CODE COMPLIANCE FIRE ALARM section delete text “and top of elevator shaft”. 3. Maintain means of egress continuity to public way through pool deck area and gate. Callout egress requirements to include exit lighting, exit identification, emergency illumination, panic hardware, etc… 4. The fire pit installation does not comply with a permanent outdoor burning ban by Edmonds City Code 5.22.030. 5. Sheet A0.1 GENERAL NOTES Delete #24 (Standpipes) are not required. 6. Sheet A2.0 & A2.1 Post occupant load in assembly areas 102, 103, 201, pool deck area. 7. Sheet A2.0 Show fire sprinkler riser room. 8. Sheet A2.3 Delete smoke detectors on RCPs.
