Curtain wall and cladding systems

Special inspections are required to be provided on this project as specified within the structural drawings: concrete, reinforcing steel, steel fabrication & erection, and post-installed
anchors. Reference the Structural Notes on sheets S0.4 – S0.5.
Geotechnical inspections are required as recommended by the geotechnical engineer, Landau Associates (Geotechnical Engineering Study, Proposed Edmonds Waterfront Center Project, Edmonds,

“We . . . recommend that monitoring, testing, and consultation be provided during construction to confirm that the conditions encountered are consistent with those indicated by our explorations,
to provide recommendations should conditions be revealed during construction that differ from those anticipated, and to evaluate whether geotechnical-related construction activities
comply with project pans/specifications and the recommendations contained in this report.” (page 5-1)
