1.1/23/08 - City records state plan revisions were clouded 1/14/08. One plan sheet was clouded with yellow
highlighter with no reference to a revision number. Please cloud/provide reference to a revision number so
future copies of plans will clearly show what is being revised with this submittal.
10/10/07 comment - Please cloud plan revisions that are under review this submittal.
·
2.1/23/08 This issue is being handled by the City Building Division and Consultant.
10/10/07 comment - Per City Ordinance 3663, no rockery shall be placed against fill and no rockery
·
shall support a surcharge. The revised plans show the rockery being placed within a structural fill area
as well as supporting a surcharge from the pool and lawn/geo block fire lane. Retaining walls will be
required in the proposed rockery locations. Please refer to handout B62 for Retaining Wall Design
requirements. The rockery will need to be designed and stamped by a licensed engineer. Design and
supporting calcs will need to be submitted to the City for review.
3.1/23/08 This comment was not addressed.
10/10/07 comment - A 2 domestic water meter is shown to be located within the lawn/geoblock fire
·
lane. Please relocate the water meter outside this driveable surface.
4.1/23/08 This comment was not addressed.
10/10/07 comment - The geoblock sub-base shall be per manufacturers specs and/or requirements
·
established by the engineer of record. Please confirm that 6 crushed rock sub-base is acceptable.
