I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign off on
it I need the following:
1.Bay Windows: It is not clear to me if this house is to have bay windows at the rear of the house or
not.
a.If the house will have bay windows, please include them on the plot plan and make them more
solid on the floor plans. OR
b.If the house will not have bay windows, please delete them from the building elevations.
2.Back Landings and Patios: Three doors to the rear yard are shown on the first floor plan. No
landings or patios are shown on the floor plans or site plan.
a.Please show all landings, patios and decks in the rear yard on both the plot plan and the floor
plan.

Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator, and provide two copies of
any revised plans or elevations and three copies of any site plans. Your existing plans and elevations may
also be red-lined.
