I have reviewed the above building permit application for the Planning Division. Before I can sign off on
it I need the following:
1.Landscaping: What vegetative screening of the building is proposed? Please show it on the drawings.
2.Height Calculations: Height calculations should be taken from original grade. The NW corner is
given as 101, but the grade adjacent to it, which is likely close to the original grade, is at 106 feet.
a.Please revise the corner elevations to show the original grade.
b.Revise height calculations on the site plan and elevations as needed.
3.Architectural Design Board: Following ADB review, additional conditions may be added regarding
design or landscaping that must be incorporated into this application.

Please make all submittals to the Development Services Permit Coordinator, and provide two copies of
any revised plans or elevations and three copies of any site plans. Your existing plans and elevations may
also be red-lined.
