During review of the subject submittal it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications will need to be addressed:
September 29, 2006:
1.The site plan submitted shows the proposed sign location to be over the City sidewalk. A separate Street
Use Permit is required to place a sign over the City sidewalk.
Please refer to the City’s website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under Engineering Division of the
Development Services Department for Street Use Permit Handout #E75. The Street Use Permit
Application can be found within the handout.
Please pay particular attention to the insurance requirements to ensure a complete submittal.
October 24, 2006:
1.The Street Use Permit has been submitted but cannot be processed until the insurance requirements are met.
Please see the last bullet of item #1 above.
2.This deficiency was also noted upon your submittal of the street use permit on 10/12/06.
Please submit all required information as outlined in the Street Use Permit Handout #E75. No further review can
be done until this information is received.
Please resubmit the required insurance certificate to a Development Services Coordinator. Please contact

these plan corrections.
