The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1.Provide a scaled plan view drawing of the plumbing plan. Drawing needs to show where the garage
floor drain (oil/water separator) connects to the sewer line and the sewer line connection to the lateral.
2.Provide invert elevation of sewer connection to the main and at the building. Show a clean out at the
building. Cleanout shall have a 12” locking lamphole cover. Plumbing plan should include the civil utility
drawing.
3.The sewer lateral from the main to the building property line shall b 6”.
4.Show location or rpba and double check detector assembly location on the site plan.
