The subject application has been reviewed but cannot be completed until the following items have been
addressed/corrected. Please resubmit 3 sets of revised drawings to a Development Services Permit
Coordinator.
1.11/27/06 - Provide a scaled plan view drawing of the plumbing plan. Drawing needs to show where the
garage floor drain (oil/water separator) connects to the sewer line and the sewer line connection to the
lateral.
12/22/06 – Information has not been provided. Basement floor plumbing needs to be clearly
identified.
2.11/27/06 - Provide invert elevation of sewer connection to the main and at the building. Show a clean
out at the building. Cleanout shall have a 12” locking lamphole cover. Plumbing plan should include the
civil utility drawing.
12/22/06 – i.e.’s have not been provided.
3.The sewer lateral from the main to the building property line shall b 6”.
4.Show location or rpba and double check detector assembly location on the site plan.
12/22/06 – Location of RPBA and DCDA has not been provided. DCDA is for the fire line and
will be provided on the fire connection permit. RPBA shall be shown on this plan.
