As you are aware Notice of Civil violation fines accumulated from June 26, 2007 to June
29, 2007; fines stopped on June 291h because an engineering sidewalk form inspection
was performed that day. Therefore, fines of $400.00 (assessed at $100.00 per day from
June 26`h to June 29th) are immediately due and payable to the City. Please remit full
payment within 15 business days.
Failure to remit fines by July 24, 2007 shall result in the City turning this matter over to
our collection agency (Alliance One) for the recouping of full fines. Be advised, once
fines are sent to collections pursuant to RCW Law they are collected at a rate of 150% of
the fine amount owed in addition to the administrative charges the collection agency is
permitted to assess.
Please remit to payment to: City of Edmonds, City Hall Second Floor, 121 5`h Avenue
