Excavation encountered the dense native sub -grade sands, as anticipated by the geotechnical report. Excavation occurred on the north side of the existing residence to create the access drive and retaining walls. All excavation stable. • Sub -grade Verification: This engineer verified dense native sands easily providing 2,000 p.s.f. bearing capacity. "OW to proceed with foundation form work, reinforcing steel, and concrete in accordance with approved plans and inspections. • Slope Stability: Overall slope has not been impacted by the excavation and foundation work to date.
