• Any request for alternate design,modification, variance or other administrative deviation (hereinaller"variance")from

fees for such request shall be established by Council and shall be paid upon submittal and are non-refundable.

• Sound/Noise originating fromtemporaty, construction sites as a result ofconstruction activity are exempt fromthe noise limits
