VICINITY MAP: Relocate project SITE to South end of block on 4 Ave S near Walnut Street. 2. Provide GENERAL NOTE #1 identifying all relevant 2006 codes. 3. Delete GENERAL NOTE #16. 4. Revise GENERAL NOTE #17 as follows: “Automatic fire extinguishing system installed in accordance with the IBC Standards, providing quick response sprinkler heads. A written fire and life-safety emergency plan to be provided by owner before occupancy. Email Fire Marshal westfall@ci.edmonds.wa.us for template. “ 5. Revise GENERAL NOTE #18 as follows: “Mechanical, Electrical, fire alarm, fire sprinkler and other structural…” 6. Add GENERAL NOTE #22 Provide Fire Protection Footprint (attached below) 7. PROJECT INFORMATION: Parking: City of EDMONDS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT CODE (ECDC). Sheet A3.1 8. Add interconnected smoke alarm in hallway outside of CLOSET 104. 9. DECK 109 Add Note: GAS APPLIANCE SHALL BE INSTALLED IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANUFACTURER’S REQUIREMENTS AND THE INTERNATIONAL MECHANICAL CODE. 14. Callout Min. 2A:10B:C rated portable fire extinguishers. New and existing buildings shall have approved address numbers, building numbers or approved building identification placed in a position that is plainly legible and visible from the street or road fronting the property. These numbers shall contrast with their installed background. Address numbers shall be Arabic numerals or alphabet letters. Numbers will be required both on north elevation of building for visibility on approach and west elevation for visibility at street frontage.
