During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
Sheet 4E TESC Plan
1.3/20/08 Thank you for including the standard detail. Please update the detail to reflect the most current
City standards, which includes a filter sock with overflow holes. City standard details are available on our
website.
12/5/07 comment - Provide reference to and include standard detail E1.3 Catch basin protection

Sheet 13 - Road and Storm Drainage Plan
1.The Terra Associates, Inc. letter to Mr. Ross Woods dated February 27, 2008 along with Field Memo dated
2/26/08, states the fire engine pad dimensions will be 50 long by 23 in width. It is also stated that the
width as measured is five feet from face of the rockery. Please revise the plans to include these dimensions.
