Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison. GENERAL 1.The retaining wall is being reviewed under a separate permit. 2.The pool is being reviewed under a separate permit. 3.In general, to provide clarity to the plans, please bold all items that pertain to individual plan sheets and gray out others. Sheet 4E – TESC Plan 1.Provide reference to and include standard detail E1.3 – Catch basin protection Sheet 4F – Fine Grading 1.Please revise plans to show all Loop Road improvements that are to be completed under this permit. The plans currently only show a directional arrow up towards Pine Street. 2.As this is the grading plan, please revise the “existing shoring wall/design by others” along the SE property line to show as bold line type as is shown on sheet 13 and 22. Sheet 8 – Details 1.The driveway approach standard detail shall be per City standard detail E2.26 or if a radius entrance is preferred then the approach shall be per standard detail E2.27.1. Please revise plans accordingly and specifically call out the width of the driveway approach required to accommodate both the ADA parking stall and the fire lane. DATE E-MAILED 12/5/07 PAGE 1 of 2 Sheet 13 - Road and Storm Drainage Plan 1.The geoblock sub-base shall be per manufacturers specs and/or requirements established by the engineer of record. Please confirm that 6” crushed rock sub-base is acceptable. Compaction reports will be required prior to placement of geoblock. Please also include detail of geoblock with this plan set. 2.The driveway approach standard detail as shown on sheet 8 of 30 shall be per City standard detail E2.26 or if a radius entrance is preferred then the approach shall be per standard detail E2.27.1. Please revise plans accordingly and specifically call out the width of the driveway approach required to accommodate both the ADA parking stall and the fire lane Sheet 22 – Sewer and Water Plan 1. A 2” domestic water meter with RPBA is shown to be located within the lawn/geoblock fire lane. Please relocate the water meter outside this driveable surface. A note has been added to the plans that states “relocate outside fire lane as necessary”, but the plans actually need to show the revised location. 2.Please provide sewer invert elevation for the cleanout located to the NW of the fire lane. A minimum 18” separation should be provided between water and sewer and sufficient cover shall be provided over the pipe for fire truck loads on a geoblock surface.
