Contact Development Services for approved addresses. 2) Site plan shows both OFFICES existing. Which is COU? 3) Indicate occupancy types and area for each structure on site. 4) How is access made to EXIST. GRAVEL PARKING? Show access from East, as applicable. 5) If not applicable, Fire Department access roads shall be provided for every building extending to within 150 feet of all portions of the exterior walls of the first story of the building as measured by an approved route around the exterior of the building. From previous records, rear STORAGE BUILDING is likely in excess of this 150’ dimension and lane width is less than required 20’. Provide fire access or alternative fire protection provision. 6) What are the materials, quantities, and equipment being stored in STORAGEs? 7) Indicate fire hydrant locations from north and south approach on site plan. Hydrants are required to be spaced every 300’ 8) Sheet A3 provide 2A:10B:C minimum rated portable fire extinguisher inside main entry/exit.
