Water meter, water service line (from the meter to the house), side sewer, power, gas, etc. 2.Is the existing water meter to remain at its present location or is it to be relocated. Please show existing and proposed location if applicable. This property is serviced by the OVWSD, water only. 3.Do you plan to use the existing sewer lateral? If so, verification of the lateral’s condition is to be done by the City of Edmonds sewer department. Please contact Tim Harris at 425-771-0235 to schedule an inspection. This inspection is preferably done at the time of the sewer cap prior to the demo of the existing home. If the lateral is deemed unusable then, you shall install a new lateral per City of Edmonds standard E6.4. Please add this comment in sheet C1 of 1, only. 4.With the installation of the new side sewer, a 6-in clean with 12-in cast iron locking lid shall be installed at the property line per E6.2. Please add this call out on both the site plan and sheet C1 of 1. 5.Show the sewer extension and clean out for the drainage of the proposed swimming pool in both the site plan and sheet C1 of 1. 6.Show the proposed external shower connecting to the side sewer. Both the site plan and sheet C1 of 1 7.Show the pool’s patio drainage connecting to the pool’s strip drain and the strip drain connecting to the side sewer. Sheet C1 of 1, only. 8.Construction Sequence #9. Please revise section in parenthesis “…. (Contact the Olympic View Water and Sewer District for sewer inspections….)” The City of Edmonds is responsible for both the water and sewer inspections. 9.Provide a breakdown of the proposed Impervious Surface in both the site plan and sheet C1 of 1. 10.Please add a call out to CB #3 to say “Vane Grate” DATE FAXED/E-MAILED 11/14/2007 11.CB #1 is missing an invert elevation. 12.The proposed 12-in storm drain line between CB #2 and CB #1, and between CB #1 and existing cb shall have at a minimum 2-ft of cover. If the required cover is not met, then, 12-in iron shall be required. 13.Show all piping between pool equipment shed and pool on the site plan and sheet C1 of 1.
