During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised plans/documents with a
written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
GENERAL
1.The retaining wall is currently under review.
SP1 Pool/Spa Design
1.Plans note - Plumbing by Owner: provide cold water supply with vacuum breaker, backflow prevention
and sump with drain through trap to sewer.
This plan set needs to include detail on pool drain and connection to pool pump system and from that

point connection to the sewer line.
Plans shall also include details showing specific location of RPBA.

L1.0.1 Call Out Plan
1.Pool deck drainage Please include civil sheet 13 of 30 that shows pool deck drain locations and connection
point to storm system. A detail of the yard drain and trough drain to be installed in the pool deck should
also be provided.
