During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1.Please indicate length and width of all parking stalls. Parking stalls shall meet City of Edmonds
standards as follows:
a.Standard width stalls 16.5 feet in length by 8.5 feet in width
b.Reduced width stalls 16.5 feet in length by 8 feet in width
c.In order to construct parking stalls at a reduced width, you must first be able to show that
all required parking stalls (a total of 21 per Planning) could be constructed at standard
width. Once this can be demonstrated then up to 50% of the required number of stalls
can be constructed at a reduced width.
2.Drive aisles for 2-way traffic shall be 24 in width. Please dimension drive aisles on the site
plan. It appears as though a couple areas do not provide sufficient width. Please revise parking
as required.
