Review 7 – February 18, 2010 Review 6 – January 14, 2010 Review 5 – December 1, 2009 - REVISED SCOPE, new comments Previous reviews: Review 4 – November 17, 2008 Review 3 – July 22, 2008 Review 2 – June 12, 2008 Review 1 - April 22, 2008 EDM-PV3 – Sheet 19 – Paving and Horizontal Control Plan 2/18/10 – In addressing this comment other sheets will need to be updated as well, 1. specifically sheet 26. The curb ramps that have been provided on the south side of the drive are acceptable. · However, only one curb ramp has been identified on the north side of the drive and the · ramp is conflict with the existing 84” SSMH. I have discussed with City staff the reasoning behind the flush pedestrian walk adjacent to the drive (protected by bollards) and it has been determined that the City would accept two curb ramps similar to those shown on the south side of the driveway. It appears as though the curb ramp at the NW corner could begin just south of the sewer manhole access. The landscape planter between the two ramps in question could be extended to the south and terminate at a curb adjacent to the drive. Please also include the requirement for truncated domes at each ramp. · Move right turn only arrow to the east a short distance and add in a stop bar as well as · crosswalks. 1/14/10 – Consistent with our discussions on 1/13/10, please revise plans to show sidewalk curb ramps that are necessary to transition the full height sidewalk to be flush with the stained concrete driveway approach. Please see attached plan markup of what this could look like. 12/1/09 - While it is not clear from this plan sheet if the stained concrete area is flush with the driveable surface, it appears from Sheet 32-EDM-PS3 that it is. a.A break in the curb is noted on the west side of the stained concrete, but curb ramps have been provided to indicate a grade change from sidewalk to driveable surface. Please revise accordingly. b.It appears as though the curbing should wrap around the sidewalk areas. Please revise accordingly. ok c. ok 2. ok 3. ok 4. ok 5. ok 6. ok 7. ok 8. Are there existing connections into this CB that need to be maintained? If not, please abandon. 1/14/10 – It appears as though an existing storm catch basin has not been accounted for in the vicinity of the new water service line, RPBA and storm CB #2 near West Dayton. Please revise plans accordingly. 11.2/18/10 – The light pole shown in the planter area north of the lift station and driveway appears to be in conflict with the existing 84” SSMH. Please revise. Bld20080257 Sound Transit Edmonds Station Page 2 of 3 12.2/18/10 - The following comments could be redlined on the plans: a.An RPBA in a hotbox shall be installed on the existing water service line. b.Contractor shall pothole location of water main prior to installation of light poles to ensure 5’ separate between water main and light pole. Sheet 26 – Grading, Drainage and Utility Plan . 2/18/10 -The following comment could be redlined on the plans: 1 a.An RPBA in a hotbox shall be installed on the existing water service line. Sheet 28 – Storm Drain and Utility Details 1.2/18/10 – Due to settlement issues found within wet environments, the catch basin foundation should also include a rat slab to be poured prior to setting the structure.
