As part of your building permit for the mixed-use buildinglocated at 155 3Ave. S (Permit No.
BLD20080790), a two-year landscape maintenance bond was posted in the amount of $450.Iconducted the
maintenanceinspection of thelandscaping on behalf of the Planning Divisiontoday and found that afew of the
required shrubs that had been in place during the initial landscaping inspection are now missing. Please
replant the following shrubs at your earliest convenience
before December 13, 2013and call the Planning Division

for re-inspection:
1.Camillia Sanqua ‘Hana Jiman’(18-inch minimum

height) within the northern-most landscape bed on
the western side of the buildingas pictured to the
right.
2.Wilma Cypress (3-foot minimum height) within the
empty landscape bed just north of the vehicular
entrance into the parking garageas pictured to the
right.
3.Wilma Cypress (3-foot minimum height) at the
southern-most point of the southern-most landscape
bed on the western side of the buildingas pictured
to the right.

Please contact the Planning Division for re-inspection once
the above replanting has been completed. Staff will be able
to authorize the release of your maintenance bondonce this
