During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
under City Government / Development Services Department /

Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.Show paved parking area on site plan.
2.Show clean out at the end of the retaining wall drain before it goes under the driveway to connect to the
catch basin.
3.Please provide invert and rim elevations for the clean out and the catch basin in the driveway.
4.Please show where the catch basin in driveway connects to the City system.
5.It appears on the submitted plans that the northwest corner of the retaining wall is partially on the
neighboring property to the south. If this is the case, then either a permit must be obtained by this
neighbor, or an easement must obtained from this neighbor. A copy of the easement shall be provided
to the City.
6.If construction cannot be entirely contained on Trenner’s private property then a construction easement
or agreement must be obtained from the neighbor to allow construction activity on his property. A copy
of the easement or agreement shall be provided to the City.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
