During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.How will drainage from the new concrete deck be handled? A couple of options are to drain to the
system used by the existing structure or the deck could be drained to a drywell located at least 10ft from
the structure.
2.Will the sidewalk or area abutting the front concrete walkway or driveway need to be removed or cut in
order to remove or replace the new stamped concrete?
3.What is in the area that the new stamped concrete is being placed? Will the new stamped concrete be
covering exactly the same area?
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
