During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. If you need to review any of our Handouts or Codes, they can

Services/Engineering Division:
1.Will the construction materials and equipment be able to be completely contained on private property
while sign installment is in progress? If using the right of way, a Right of Way permit will need to be
obtained by the licensed contractor. If planning to use or close the sidewalk, the shoulder or the street,
then please submit a traffic control plan. A traffic control handout can be viewed on our website by
following the instructions above.
2.Parking Plan Corrections
Please note width and length of parking stalls. See attached Figure 18-1 for
requirements.
Note on plan for parking stalls 14 – 20 what lies between the stalls and Highway 99, ie
curbing, sidewalk, landscape strip. If stalls directly abut sidewalk with out curb, then
wheel stops will be required for those stalls.
Please indicate on plan size of area South of stall 20. Is this area used for access to lot?
If not, is there curbing existing to prevent use as an access? Please indicate on parking
plan or show that curbing will be added. If area is used for access, please confirm that
is meets the minimum width for a commercial access, 24’.
Pavement striping for stalls 14-20 will be required prior to final. See attached Figure
18-1 for requirements.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
