All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at under City Government / Development Services Department / our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1.3/12/09 Not Done. Please add impervious surface calculations to the site plan. Impervious surface includes all structures including the roof line, any concrete areas, pavement, gravel areas etc. Please separate the old impervious numbers from any proposed impervious surface. Also note the year that the impervious was added to the lot. An example of a plot plan (site plan) can be found on our website, see above instructions. 2.3/12/09 Okay if drainage for existing residence is splash block. Please note however that standard specifications suggest drywells be placed a minimum of 10ft from structure. Please note how deck drainage will be handled.
