During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or

1.3/12/09 Not Done.
Please add impervious surface calculations to the site plan. Impervious surface includes all structures
including the roof line, any concrete areas, pavement, gravel areas etc. Please separate the old impervious
numbers from any proposed impervious surface. Also note the year that the impervious was added to the
lot. An example of a plot plan (site plan) can be found on our website, see above instructions.
2.3/12/09 Okay if drainage for existing residence is splash block. Please note however that standard
specifications suggest drywells be placed a minimum of 10ft from structure.
Please note how deck drainage will be handled.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
