During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1.Please remove any labels or notes on site plan that are no longer accurate or have nothing to do with the
construction proposed for this permit such as reference to house no longer existing, etc.
2.Please label 10x14 bumpout shown on site plan and indicate surface type.
3.Label 5’ sidewalk on site plan.
4.Please label line type----------- that starts at south of lot 2, comes around west property line of lot 1
and continues in the right of way along the south of lot 1 then turns into lot 2.
5.We received with the application a detention worksheet, are you planning to build a detention system on
this property? If so, show location on site plan. If the proposed home will be connecting to the plat’s
detention system, please note on the plans “detention installed with short plat” and show where the
connections are from proposed sfr to detention. Show the tightline system and where it connects to the
storm system.
6.Show driveway connecting all the way to the road. Indicate material intended (ie. asphalt, concrete).
7.Please show how drainage from driveway will be handled.
8.Please show water line from meter to house and label material. If poly is used, call out the tracer wire.
Please show gas from main to house.
9.Show the side sewer line from property line to house. 12” locking cast iron lamphole cover required at
property line per E6.2.
10.Include with plan details consistent with City of Edmonds Standard details for Erosion Control for filter
socks and silt fence. Show silt fence on site plan. You may view these at our website by scrolling down
to the bottom of the Handout list.

11.Water service from main tot meter will have to be installed by contractor if City is not able to replace
main prior to house being built.
12.Remove or call out the numbers on plan, ie 16 , what does this refer to?
