During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. If you need to review any of our Handouts or Codes, they can
be found on our website www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development
Services/Engineering Division:
1.Please reread the following comment. Sign is still shown on site plan on public right of way. Sign must
be on private property AND must be limited to 3ft in total height if within 10ft of the property line where
the right of way begins. Freestanding signs may not be located on public property per Edmonds
Community Development Code Chap. 20.60.045 Section E. The pole sign must be moved within the
property line to be approved. Signs within 10ft of the right of way must be limited to 3ft in height to
prevent obstruction of traffic site distance.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
contact me at 425-771-0220 if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
