Comments 1 – February 25, 2009 Comments 2 – July 10, 2009 Comments 3 – November 13, 2009 Comments 4 (follow-up to e-mail of 1/8/10) – April 8, 2010 GENERAL ok 1. 2.4/8/10 – Please provide copy of recorded easement. 11/13/09 comment – The site plan has been revised to indicate an additional 10’ will be added to the easement area near the NE corner of the property. Please provide a copy of the easement once recorded. 7/10/09 – Thank you for providing copies of the easement and agreements. It appears as though the easement across the property to the east (WAMU/Chase) is only 12’ wide. The site plan for the subject property indicates approximately 19-20’ would be required near the NE corner of the building. Please secure additional easement area as needed. 2/25/09 comment - Please provide copies of recorded easement/agreement documents for the access easement across the property to the east (WAMU), as well as for the storm system in the south parking lot. ok 3. 4.4/8/10 – Please provide 3 full size copies of Sheet C3.2. 11/13/09 comment - Please include plan sheets C1.1, C2.1, C3.1 and C4.0 in plan set.
