4.5/14/09 Not Done. Please clearly label which water service line, electrical, and
communication trench is existing and which trench is proposed.
5.5/14/09 Not Done.Also please note on plans that 10’ horizontal separation will be
maintained between new location of water line and the existing sewer line. Note on site plan the
pipe size and material proposed for water service line.
6.05/14/09 Not Done. If water meter shown is existing and not to be moved, please label
“existing”. Show current location of water meter and show proposed location of water meter
which shall be on public right of way at west side of the property line.
7.05/14/09 Done.
8.5/14/09 Not Done. Show location of side sewer from property line to residence on site plan.
9.5/14/09 Not Done. Show proposed erosion control measures on site plan consistent with City
of Edmonds Standard Details for erosion control. Can be viewed on City website as indicated
above.
