All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department / Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts: 1.Please provide top of wall and bottom of wall elevations at ends and all points of change. How is wall tying in to neighboring property to the East? 2.Geotech report indicates retaining wall drainage will be directed either to the NW property corner or a storm system. Show where runoff will be draining. If not to be connected to storm system then please provide a riprap pad detail and show where it will be located on site plan. 3.How deep will it be necessary to excavate to reach medium dense native soils required by geotech for base of cuts? 4.Please identify type of easement located at rear of property.
