During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at

1. 5/7/09 Need additional information. Please add to site plan existing and proposed impervious surface
calculations.See Handout #B57 Plot Plan for reference). Please include all proposed new or replaced pavement
or concrete. (2001 addition site plan only shows a 19’ 7” wide asphalt driveway and no patio in rear of home.)
What year(s) were the walkways and new driveway area added? When determining storm water requirements we have
to look at all the impervious surface on the site that was added post 1977.
If the total post-1977 impervious surface is 2000 square feet or more,
per Edmonds Community
Development Code Section 18.30.060, any new development or redevelopment with more than 2,000
square feet of new impervious surfacing shall be required to provide storm water quality control. If this
is the case then please provide a drainage plan with a detention system. See City of Edmonds Handout
#E72 available on our website for guidance with requirements and sizing
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to your Development Services Coordinator.
