10/23/09 A separate parcel number has been provided for the property in which the

retaining wall is located. Snohomish County records indicate this parcel is not owned by
Sharawy. Please provide verficiation that the property is in fact owned by Sharawy or
relocated improvements to private property.
6/10/09 comment - Show proposed retaining wall at the property line. Dimension wall setback
from property line and driveway surface. As noted on the plans, a surcharge shall not be placed
on the wall.

10/23/09 Please clarify Revision E14 note. Does the detention system daylight into the

existing conc. lined ditch? What about the retaining wall footing? Are they connected
together somehow? Please provide additional information on the existing flume and drop
where is the water directed from this point?
6/10/09 comment - Show point of connection of retaining wall drainage to an approved storm
system.
