RE: Order to Correct — 8312 Talbot Road — Permit #bld2009O450
Mr. Lovell,
It has conte to my attention that the temporary erosion control measures at 8312 Talbot
Road are not in compliance with City Code and standards. Edmonds Colninunity
Development Code 18.30.050.2 ESC Minimum Requirement requires stabilization of
exposed soils once soils remain un -worked for a period exceeding 2 days. The site has
remained un -worked for quite some time and soils shall be stabilized inumediately. As the
majority of the on-site grading appears to be complete, the soils should be permanently
stabilized with hydroseed and/or vegetation.
L-1 addition, until final site restoration occurs, the temporary rock construction entrance, silt
fence and filter sock catch basin inserts shall be maintained in accordance with your
approved building penult and City standards.
Erosion control ineasures shall be re-established immediately. Please call the engineering
inspection line at 425.771.0220 x1326 to request an erosion control inspection no later than
Monday, April 19`x'. Failure to comply with the above noted requirements by this date will
result in code enforcement action.
Please feel free to contact Zne directly should you have any questions. I can be reached by
e-Znail at mcconnellc ci.edmonds.wa.us or by phone at 425.771.0220 x1338.
Thank you,
