Our handouts can be found online at the City of Edmonds web site www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development Services/Engineering Division. General Comments: existing 1.Impervious surface calculations need to list all impervious surface (house including eaves, proposed driveway, etc.) and the year they were built/installed. Then list the additional impervious surface which also should include eaves. Impervious surfaces are surfaces that water can not penetrate (asphalt, structures w/ eaves, concrete, etc.) Deck square footage is listed under impervious surface. It does not appear impervious, is it covered or coated, or is there a concrete pad underneath it? If not, please remove from impervious surface calcs. The concrete landings to be added at the rear of the home and under the stairs are impervious and should be added to calculations. Please make appropriate changes to impervious surface calculations. (Handout B#57 is an example of a site plan and shows how to list impervious surface). 2.Please showing new concrete walk with dimensions on plan and add to proposed impervious calculations. 3.Please show utilities on site plan. (water line from meter to hse, side sewer from property line to house, etc..). 4.How will front porch and new concrete in front be tied into existing drainage system?
