Please refer to City handout #E82 for traffic impact analysis requirements. The handout is available on the City’s website at www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under the Engineering Division of the Development Services Department. Under Item Number 7, Mitigation Recommendations, please state the previous use of the o tenant space and assess an impact fee for this use accordingly. Please also state the proposed use of the tenant space and assess an impact fee for this use accordingly. The impact fee required for this project, if any, will be the difference between the previous use and the new use.
