Our handouts can be found online at the City of Edmonds web site www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government/Development Services/Engineering Division. General: 1.Please remove any labels or notes on site plan that are no longer accurate or have nothing to do with the construction proposed for this permit such as line type-----------, etc. th 2.Please indicate removal and replacement of existing driveway cut along 80 Ave W. 3.Please note what kind of material the driveway will be constructed of. Erosion Control: 4.Note on site plan that catch basin erosion and sedimentary control socks will be installed in the catch basin in the right of way downstream of the property per Standard Detail E1.3. 5.Please add filter fence detail, E1.1 to the grading plan or refernce detail E1.1 on the grading plan. 6.Please show rock construction entrance and add detail to plans. Must conform to City of Edmonds standard detail E1.2. 7.Please note on plans that exposed soils will be covered if not worked for more than two days. Utilities: 8.Clearly label existing utilites both on site and within the right of way (installed with the subdivision). 9.Please add and clearly label all proposed utilities (sewer, water, power, phone, cable, and gas). a.Please note that all new utilities must go underground. DATE MAILED/FAXED 11/20/2009 PAGE ____ OF ___ 12 10.Show side sewer clean out at the connection to the stub on the west property line and at the house. 11.Please show sewer easement for the portion that crosses the neighboring property to the west. 12.Please show that a 10’ separation will be maintained between the water service line and the side sewer. Grading: 13.Show bottom of footing elevations on site plan for new home in order to verify grading calculations. 14.Indicate if topos are existing (post short plat). If not please provide existing topos. 15. Proposed topo line at the SW corner of property is showing grading to occur in neighboring lot. Please revise to showing grading occurring only on subject lot. Drainage: 16.Clearly show footing and yard drains and their connections to the storm system that pertain to the proposed single family residence. 17.Please revise site plan to accurately depict the city storm system as it exists and short plat connections to the system. 18.Indicate surface water runoff flows on the driveway and how the runoff will be collected a.All runoff from the driveway must be collected and drained to the detention system. b.Please note all rim and invert elevations at the driveway drain and storm stub.
