General:
1.12/10/09 – Comment was partially addressed. There are labels, notes, arrows, etc. shown on one
plan, but not the other or removed from one plan and not the others. Each plan (Site/Utility,
Grading, and Height plans) needs to be consistent with the other two plans. In addition, please
revise all plans to show ONLY what pertains to the lot that will be developed. Information
pertinent to the Site/Utility Plan must be shown on that plan sheet, etc. If items need to be shown
on multiple plans, please make sure they are consistent between each of the plans.
11/20/09 Comment: Please remove any labels or notes on site plan that are no longer accurate or have
nothing to do with the construction proposed for this permit such as line type-----------, etc.

accordingly.
11/20/09 - Please add and clearly label all proposed utilities (sewer, water, power, phone, cable, and
