The plan sheet currently not titled will be considered the utility plan. 12/10/09 – Comment was partially addressed. There are labels, notes, arrows, etc. shown on one plan, but not the other or removed from one plan and not the others. Each plan (Site/Utility, Grading, and Height plans) needs to be consistent with the other two plans. In addition, please revise all plans to show ONLY what pertains to the lot that will be developed. Please show the intended location of the trench for power, cable and phone from transformer, pedestals, etc. to the house. a.Please also label any transformers or utility vaults. 12/10/09 – Comment was partially addressed. Locations of all utilities must be on the Site/Utility Plan. Also a note must be on plans stating that all new utilities will be underground. Please revise accordingly. 11/20/09 - Please add and clearly label all proposed utilities (sewer, water, power, phone, cable, and gas). b. Does it mean the topo line is pre short plat? ADDITIONAL COMMENTS nd 19.There is a CB NOT shown on 192 St. Please add this CB to all three plans. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator.
