but it is unclear if the tightline and CB are existing or proposed.

b.If the CB is existing, is there a pipe that leaves the site? If so, where does it outfall to?

c.If the CB is existing, but has an open bottom (meaning it is a drywell), please note that on
plans.
d.If the CB does NOT exist, but is proposed, please move CB outside of the easement line and
show where the water from the CB will be released.
4/8/10 Comment was partially addressed. It appears that the roof drains tie to a drywell (see
attached). Please locate and show the drywell.
e.Please show the dimensions of the existing sytem.
f.Please show that the existing system can handling the additional impervious area. The system
may need to be increased.
3/16/10 Comment: Please show or note on plans where the existing downspouts currently release,
where the driveway surface water runoff leaves your property, and show any storm system installed on
your property (i.e. do they release to splash blocks, do the downspouts go into the ground to an existing
system, etc.).
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
