3/31/10 Comment: Per ECDC 18.80.010 the minimum width for the RM zone serving 3-4 lots is a 22’
paved. Please revise plans to show road widening along the frontage of the subject property meets these
requirements. In addition, you will need to provide and asphalt taper from the south portion of the
access tract to the newly widened portion.
a.Please indicate how surface water runoff from the widening will be handled.
b.Please indicate how surface water runoff from the existing tract is directed to the storm system.
c.Please clarify what the existing storm system consists of. Is there a detention system within the
road? Does the existing CB control structure shown on plans collect runoff?
