Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
each item to an Engineering Technician. Please contact me at 425-771-0220 ext 1321 or by e-mail at
collinsj@ci.edmonds.wa.us if you have specific questions regarding these plan corrections.
1)Show the impervious surface calculations such that:

**Please make sure that all impervious surfaces are shown on the site plan (i.e. patios, solid decks,
gravel areas, etc.). **
2)Please note where the downspouts are to be placed on the proposed garage and state where the
water will release to.
3)Please clearly label the existing and proposed roof outlines. This will allow us to accurately
calculate the new impervious surfaces.

4)Please show the location of the water service line from the meter to the house.
5)Please note silt fence to be installed per Edmonds Standard Detail E1.1 as required.
6)Please note on site plan that catch basin erosion and sedimentary control socks will be installed in
the catch basin in the right of way downstream of the property per Standard Detail E1.3.
7)Please add grading calculations to the plan.
8)Show bottom of footing elevations on site plan for existing garage and proposed garage in order to
verify grading calculations.
