The site plan shows a 2” drain rock, but it is unclear as to what this area is. Please revise or redline comments on the plans stating what this area is (i.e. walkway, drainage trench, etc). 5/6/10 Comment: Gravel is considered impervious. It appears that there is a walkway on the east side of the home. Please add all impervious area to the plans and include in the impervious surface calculations. 6)OK 7)Comment was not addressed. 5/6/10 Comment: Please note on plans where the water runoff from the roof currently goes (i.e. splashblocks, existing system, etc) Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to each item to an Engineering Technician.
