During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1. Impervious Surface Calculations:
a. Drawing shows driveway sf alone at 1588sf while calculations note impervious surface of both
driveway and walks at 1560sf. Please revise as needed.
b. Please note date of driveway construction in calculations.
2. The drawing shows the existing side sewer entering the house at a point where the solarium will be
installed. If side sewer connection to house will not be accessible then a 4” cleanout must be added at
east edge of proposed solarium.
3. Please note on plans if there will be any changes to the water service line.
4. Please add impervious surface calculations to reduced size site plan. See Building Handout #B57 for the
information required on the site plan.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
