Edmonds Fire Services provides the following comments and corrections:
1.What is stored and/or conducted in NEW OUTSIDE STORAGE YARD?
2.What purpose serves hand sink #3 on exterior of structure?
3.Provide plan and section view showing attic access area. Verify access is maintained above
installation of WALK-IN COOLER.
4.Callout type and volume of refrigerant used in walk-in COOLER and FREEZER units.
5.Callout location/procedure for stowing ashes from wood burning barbeque oven.
6.Post instructions for employees to safely operate & maintain wood burning barbeque oven.
7. Provide manufacturer’s specifications for convection oven (eqpt #20), and charbroiler (eqpt
#21).
8.Charbroiler operation requires installation of type I hood & duct with fire suppression system
on separate permits.
9.Commercial cooking hood fire suppression requires remote pull 10’-20’ distant from cooking
operations. A class K rated fire extinguisher is required 30’ distant from cooking operations.
10.Provide also 2A:10B:C rated fire extinguisher in display case area.
11.Provide emergency illumination in main occupancy space.
