All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under QuickLinks/Eng/Bldg Handouts/Engineering Information. 1)Please show all structures (fences, sheds, pools, gravel areas, pavers, retaining walls, etc) on the site plans and revise the impervious surface calculations accordingly. Also, please note that if an impervious surface is below the deck the square footage of the deck is also considered impervious. 2)Please remove the references to the previous permitted addition and remodel. Label those areas with date of construction then label the deck to be removed and replaced with total square footage. 3)Show gates and fencing. Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised Site plans and associated documents with a written response to each item to a Permit Coordinator.
