During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
1. Please show existing driveway on plans
2. Label driveways and access road with material used or to be used; concrete, asphalt.
3. Please lightly shade or hatch areas of proposed work.
4. Is access easement on your property or next to your property? Please label easement private or public.
5. Next to each item in the Impervious Surface Calcs note the year that the item was constructed.
Please note: All impervious surface constructed after 1977 must be combined. If total is over the 2000sf
threshold then a drainage system will be required. See Handout E72 for more information.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised plans/documents to a Development Services Coordinator. Please
