During review of the subject submittal, it was found that the following information, corrections, or
clarifications would need to be addressed. All Handouts referred to in these comments can be accessed at
our website: www.ci.edmonds.wa.us under City Government / Development Services Department /
Engineering Division then scroll down to Handouts:
SITE PLAN
1)Show the location of the water service line from the meter to the house.
2)Show the location of the side sewer from the sewer main to the house.
3)It is unclear that the area between the existing house and the proposed addition is also proposed
until reviewing the architects. Please clearly show all areas that are proposed on the site plan.
4)Please include the year of construction for the existing deck and shed in the impervious surface
calculations.
5)Add grading calculations to the plan.
6)Show bottom of footing elevations on site plan in order to verify grading calculations.
7)Please provide top and bottom elevations for the proposed retaining wall.
Please resubmit 3 copies of the revised site drawings and associated documents with a written response to
