City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City website. 1.Please clarify the scope of the proposed project. The permit application states the project is limited to demolition of the interior space. The traffic impact analysis submitted states the space is being converted from Restaurant to Mercantile. Is the permit application intended to be a tenant improvement (TI) permit for the new space, or will a TI permit submitted at a later date? Has a tenant for the new space been identified? 2.Please show/add notes to plans that staging of equipment and materials will remain on site.
