During review of the above noted application, it was found that the following information,
corrections, or clarifications are needed. Please redline plans or submit three (3) sets of revised
plans/documents with a written response to each of the items below to Marie Harrison.
City of Edmonds handouts, standard details and development code can be referenced on the City
website.
1.Please clarify the scope of the proposed project. The permit application states the project is
limited to demolition of the interior space. The traffic impact analysis submitted states the
space is being converted from Restaurant to Mercantile. Is the permit application intended
to be a tenant improvement (TI) permit for the new space, or will a TI permit submitted at a
later date? Has a tenant for the new space been identified?
2.Please show/add notes to plans that staging of equipment and materials will remain on site.
