a.12/17/10 Comment: The cleanout was shown 2’ from house, but a cleanout out was not
shown on the 90° bend.

the 90° bend.
b.12/17/10 – Comment was addressed; however if the slope of the side sewer exceeds 20% the
side sewer will need anchors. Either please show the anchors or revise the plans to show
the slope not exceeding 20%

side sewers. Please revise plans to show one of the following pipe material used; SDR 35
conforming to ASTM designation D3034 with rubber gasket joints or Ductile Iron (if less
than 2’ of cover under a driveable surface this pipe will be required).

Additional Comments
9.Per the Drainage Plan it is indicated that a Nylo Plast. Basin is to be installed. Please note that a
drive rated catch basin (Type II or Type IL) is required if the catch basin is to be in the driveway.
Please revise plans accordingly.
Traffic Impact Analysis:
Per Chapter 18.82 – Traffic Impact Fees of the Edmonds Community Development Code (ECDC), traffic
impact fees shall be required.
