On behalf of the Planning Division, I have reviewed the July 5, 2011 resubmittal of above
building permit application. During review of the subject resubmittal, it was found that the
following information, corrections, or clarifications need to be addressed. Please respond to the
following items, so that I can complete my review:
Height Calculations:
1. Thank you for providing height calculations based off of original
grade. While the site plan shows the height calculations based off of original grade, the
height calculation numbers on the site plan are not consistent with the average grade,
maximum allowed height, and actual height displayed on the elevation views on Sheet A1 of
the architectural plans for the proposed residence. Please revise the elevation views so the
average grade, maximum allowed height, and actual height are consistent with the height
calculations on the site plan.
