Thank you for submitting a building permit application for a at

in the zone. I have reviewed the above building permit application for the
Planning Division and it was found that the following information, corrections, or clarifications
will need to be addressed before the Planning Division review can continue.

1.Screening As we discussed on the phone Tuesday, I will need to know how any proposed
rooftop equipment will be screened from view. Is there an existing parapet that it will sit
behind? If so, please provide measurements or a section view so I can see how the
measurements align. If not, will it be painted? Will it be fenced? Please explain how
passersby will not be able to see or notice the proposed equipment (photos, renderings, or
elevations are helpful).
